Founded in 1950, originating in Kahoku City, Ishikawa Prefecture. We are a hot pot specialty restaurant serving 'Tori Hakusai Nabe,' a soul food beloved in the Kanazawa and Ishikawa areas. Whether you are dining alone or in a group, you are welcome to visit us even without a reservation. Using domestic chicken and Chinese cabbage, along with carefully extracted golden chicken oil and our unique seasoning, we achieve a deep richness and flavor that is simple yet difficult to replicate at home. Located near Taikoyama Land and hot spring facilities, our location is convenient for family meals while out and about.
The "secret soy sauce-based dipping sauce" created by the previous generation is a proud flavor that you won't find anywhere else. When you combine it with carefully selected ingredients and vegetables, the deliciousness and flavor will spread throughout your mouth.
We offer counter seats, table seats, and tatami rooms, so you can easily use our restaurant for small groups, various banquets, or family gatherings. Please enjoy your meal in a clean and relaxing atmosphere.
