To protect your rights and interests, please read the following rules carefully before purchasing tickets for this performance. If you do not agree, please do not purchase tickets. One person has one ticket to enter the venue. Tickets are regarded as securities and must be kept properly. Tickets will not be reissued or refunded if they are lost, damaged, burned or unrecognizable.

After successfully purchasing a ticket, please do not provide any ticket-related information to others or upload it to a public platform to avoid being exploited by malicious parties.

Various ticket purchase discounts cannot be combined. Various ticket packages do not accept "single" refunds and exchanges. For refunds and exchanges, please bring the complete ticket and original ticket purchase information to the original ticket purchase unit.

If the event is postponed or canceled for any reason, the organizer will not be responsible for any compensation other than the face value.

The show is approximately 150 minutes long with no intermission. Entry into the lobby is open 60 minutes before the show and into the auditorium 30 minutes before the show.

There will be a lot of people and cars during the performance, and the number of parking spaces in the parking lot is limited. Audiences who drive are asked to arrive early or take public transportation to avoid delays due to traffic congestion.

Live broadcasting is prohibited during the performance. Please turn your mobile phone to silent mode after the performance begins.

To ensure the best viewing experience, spectators are kindly requested not to bring any support items that light up, make noise, or interfere with the viewing of other fans.

It is prohibited to bring outside food and drinks, and it is prohibited to eat, smoke, chew betel nut, chew gum, make loud noises, and walk around in the venue; please do not litter.

Laser pens, selfie sticks, fireworks, any kind of metal, glass, drones, or any dangerous items are prohibited.

In order to maintain the safety of the venue, security checks will be carried out depending on the situation when checking in and the belongings carried by the audience will be checked. Please cooperate.

In order to safeguard the rights and interests of performers and the audience at the venue, the staff will guide the public to the venue at the appropriate time in order to not affect the viewing quality of other audiences if they are late or leave midway. Audiences who need to leave before the performance ends are asked to follow the instructions of the staff to leave the venue so as not to affect the viewing quality of other audiences.

Audiences must abide by the regulations of the organizer and the venue. If there is any behavior that interferes with the performance and hinders the safety of the venue, the organizer has the right to ask them to leave the venue and is not responsible for any refunds or compensation.
