Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone are not permitted to join. If a child is included in your reservation, please be sure to indicate their age in advance when booking. Otherwise, the tour and entrance fees will be charged as adults on-site. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour.
Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including name, gender, valid contact information (preferably mobile phone, so that you can notify us if there are any problems), accurate location of the group, etc., to avoid booking errors and affecting your trip. You will be solely responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
Guests must purchase tickets with the tour guide and are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Pass. Tickets and meal fees for attractions may change based on the official notice of the attraction, and the prices announced by the attraction on the day will prevail.
During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of visiting attractions, stay time or meeting time according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure a smooth trip.

Children under the age of eight are required to ride in a safety seat, the rental fee is $10.00/person/day. No safety seat is required for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee is refundable.
Many of the attractions on the tour require basic health conditions. Disabled people and people with limited mobility are kindly requested to contact us in advance before signing up for the tour. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-lift buses or suitable seating arrangements for our guests.
To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes are left before the meeting time, the car will leave without waiting. Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war and terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee that we will arrive at the pick-up location on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests by delays caused by such reasons, or for any additional costs such as related flight, train or bus fares and other travel expenses.
We have the right to transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle during the trip and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services if it is convenient for the group to operate.

This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform the tour guide in advance and obtain his consent. You must sign a departure agreement. The unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and the group fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
