Once customers enter the venue, they are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of "Heartbreak Studios".

For safety reasons, children aged five or under are not permitted to enter this facility. Children aged six and over but under fourteen are not recommended to enter this facility. If they wish to enter this facility, they must be accompanied by an adult (aged eighteen or over), who is fully responsible for the child's care and behavior.

For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with disabilities, those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or those under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol are not allowed to visit.

Before entering this facility, please store your belongings in the lockers. Melco Group is not responsible for any items lost in the facility.

Please do not bring Halloween props (such as brooms, sickles, devil's forks, walking sticks or executioner's axes, etc.), umbrellas, water bottles, easily loose objects, and large or sharp-edged objects into the venue.

Only items of [400mm width x 320mm height x 360mm depth] can be stored in the lockers. If your carry-on luggage exceeds the specified size, please go to the luggage storage area to temporarily store it.

Jumping in line will result in being asked to leave the queue, and you are not allowed to occupy seats for others during the queue process. All traveling companions must line up together. If you need to leave the queuing area, please ask the staff.

The venue is equipped with flashing lights, smoke effects, ultraviolet lights and closed-circuit television equipment. To consider the safety of individuals and all participants, please do not run, push, sit down, climb, remove or deliberately damage any objects and touch the performers in the venue.

Guests may be frightened by actors, props or other special effects and should assess their own tolerance and condition before deciding whether to enter the venue. Studio City Development Limited is not responsible for any psychological or health problems of guests, including any injuries or health problems caused by any pre-existing medical conditions that are unknown to the person concerned.

Studio City Development Limited reserves the right to film, photograph, and/or record (audio and visual) patrons at "The Chilling Studios" for the purposes of providing services, ensuring the quality of such services, ensuring safety and security, managing the operation of its properties and facilities, offering benefits and incentives, general marketing and promotional activities or events, safeguarding its legitimate interests, and complying with applicable laws and regulations. Patrons consent to the processing of their personal data by Studio City Development Limited for such purposes without compensation, and to the transfer of such personal data to any affiliates/related companies of Studio City within and outside Macau. For inquiries regarding their personal data, including the right to access and correct inaccuracies, patrons have the right to access, correct, and update their personal data by contacting Melco Macau's Personal Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

Please do not touch or verbally assault live actors.

Please do not eat or drink on site.

Please do not take photos or videos inside the venue. If the venue staff discovers that tourists are taking or recording photos without authorization, they will be asked to completely delete the photos/videos and leave the venue immediately.

Please follow the instructions of the staff to experience. In case of any violation, staff have the right to ask the person to leave.

Once the transaction is completed and/or the reservation is confirmed, all tickets are non-refundable and/or exchangeable for any reason. Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged tickets.

Except as provided by law, under no circumstances will we be responsible for any accident, loss or personal injury, nor will we be responsible for any damage, loss or personal injury caused by other causes.

Melco reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including using, suspending or canceling this promotion) without prior notice.

All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these terms and conditions, are subject to the final decision of Melco Group.

If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of the official event page shall prevail.
