Yoshitei has been operating since the first year of the Man'en era (1860) in the Edo period under the trade name 'Tsunokuniya Yoshisada' as a Yonezawa silk textile manufacturer. In the Heisei era, we opened as a Yonezawa beef and kaiseki restaurant, preserving the atmosphere of our time as a weaving house. Please relax and enjoy our signature Yonezawa beef and mountain cuisine, accompanied by the charming atmosphere of our Taisho-era building—a registered tangible cultural property—our garden dating back to the late Edo period, and our ancient chestnut trees. Located in the heart of the Uesugi castle town, we look forward to welcoming you.

- When making a reservation, please select either "Free restaurant seating (1-4 people, location cannot be specified)" or "Private room *room charge applies)." If "Free restaurant seating" or "Private room" is not displayed when making an online reservation, it may already be fully booked. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please refrain from canceling on the day. *Reservations may be canceled if you arrive 15 minutes after your reservation time. Please be aware of this.
- You can choose from Yonezawa beef sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, or steak. We also offer a lunch menu for lunch. *Please note that there are many courses that require reservations, depending on the dish.
- Restaurant service charge (charged separately when paying for in-store meals): No service charge. Private rooms have a room charge (3,300 yen - 22,000 yen including tax). *The above information is for reference only. Local rates will take precedence over actual rates.
- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
