Our roast beef, made using Kyotanba Hirai A-5 rank Japanese Black beef from Ginkakuji Onishi, which thoroughly pursues safety and security according to the world's highest HACCP standards, is a specialty of ours! After marinating with seasonal fruits and vegetables for 5 hours, it is carefully cooked at a low temperature of 60℃ for 12 hours, and then aged at ice temperature for another 12 hours at 0℃, giving it a moist finish without compromising the tender texture of the Japanese Black beef. We serve it in 100g pieces♪
