Our restaurant is proud of its dishes made with superbly fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing grounds of Ine, Kyoto. We purchase only the freshest fish depending on the season, so you can enjoy their deliciousness not only as sashimi, but also as grilled or stewed dishes.
