  • Luge rides must be vouchered at least an hour before its close time
  • Please arrive at the restaurant at least 30 minutes before and 1 hour before during peak season
  • Please note that infants will have the same meal as the paying person
  • All participants must be at least 2 years old and have a minimum height of 85 cm to join the luge ride
  • Riders measuring below 110cm must be accompanied by an adult and are limited to the Blue track. Riders ranging from 110cm to 135cm can independently ride on the Blue tracks
  • Travelers who wish to ride the red track (advanced track) must be at least 10 years old and 135 cm tall
  • Tickets are non-transferable and sold on a per-person basis

Reminders

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women

  • Seating in the restaurant is on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive earlier for seats with the best views

  • Luge riders must be in good health and be free of height restrictions, motion sickness, back problems or other physical limitations

  • Each booking is for one traveler only; violations may result in service being rejected

  • It is recommended to arrive earlier at the restaurant and inform the on-site staff that you wish to be placed on the waiting list. You will be given a wireless device and taken to your seat when the device vibrates

  • Please note that one cable car ride takes about 10 minutes; it is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to board the cable car and get to the restaurant in time for your meal

  • Travelers are encouraged to bring warm clothes as temperatures tend to be cooler on the mountain

  • Late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds or rearrangements

  • In the event of a no-show, a 100% fee will be forfeited.

  • All tickets are non-transferable and sold on a per-person basis

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
