We offer a variety of menu items, including the owner's recommended 'Today's Local Fish Carpaccio' and our signature 'Lamb Skewers' featuring a spicy sauce made with Itoshima jalapeños. In partnership with Itoshima's 【Kawakubo Liquor Store】, we also stock a wide range of alcoholic beverages, with a focus on wine. Our stylish 9-seat venue is perfect for various occasions. Whether you are sightseeing or having a girls' night out, everyone is welcome to drop by♪
The ingredients we use are locally produced and sourced from Itoshima. We are particularly proud of our "blackboard menu," which changes daily with 13 dishes, so be sure to check it out when you visit ◎ Other recommended dishes include "Today's Local Fish Carpaccio," made with fresh fish caught off the coast of Itoshima, and "Salt Ramen," made with chicken bones, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and other ingredients!
Our restaurant offers a wide variety of healthy natural wines, from glasses to bottles and sparkling wines. We also have our own homemade spice and herb shochu, made with Kagoshima potato shochu "glow", which is a must-try◎We also have craft beers, sakes and rare alcoholic drinks, so please choose your favorite drink to go with your meal♪
The interior of the restaurant, based on a white theme, is a stylish space where you can relax and unwind. In addition to the eight counter seats, there is also a standing counter, making it the perfect place for a date or a short break. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
