We use A5 and A4 grade Ishigaki beef for our popular signature dishes such as our grilled shabu-shabu and our specially selected short ribs, specially selected loin, specially selected aitchbone, specially selected top sirloin, specially selected skirt steak, specially selected sirloin and specially selected filet.
