Tickets must be redeemed within 92 days of purchase and are valid for 1 month from the invoice date.

When exchanging your ticket, you are required to sign the "Ticket Exchange Confirmation".

Passengers can authorize someone else to collect the luggage on their behalf. The authorized agent must bring along the authorization letter, the "confirmation notice" or "order record" printout from MTR via email, and present the agent's valid identification document before collecting the ticket.
When passengers are checked by MTR staff, they must present a valid travel ticket and valid tourist identification.
Once confirmed, all orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged for other tickets or exchanged for cash.
The use of tickets on the MTR network is subject to the relevant by-laws and conditions of issue. In case of any disputes, MTR Corporation Limited reserves the right of final decision.

When redeeming the reserved ticket, the passenger must bring and present the email "Confirmation Notice" (soft copy or printed copy is acceptable) to redeem the ticket at one of the following designated locations

The MTR Tourist Day Pass does not apply to the Airport Express. If you need to take the Airport Express, we recommend purchasing a separate Airport Express ticket.
