"Momo" is a juicy and spicy Nepalese dumpling made by kneading minced meat with vegetables and spices and wrapping it in chewy dough. At our restaurant, we follow the authentic taste, but add a sophisticated Tokyo touch and pair it with a spicy sauce. The store was designed by Absolute Number, a company that designs famous hotels and restaurants. The displays and art are accented with a Nepalese feel. Chef Siri is from Sindhupalchok, Nepal. He became a chef immediately after graduating from junior high school. He is a talented chef who has experience as a private chef in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Although he has only recently come to Japan, Siri has already gained many fans. His specialty is the [Ganti] that is only served during bar time.
