We offer many of our proud dishes, such as charcoal-grilled "Joshu Pork" delivered daily from Gunma Prefecture, and horse meat sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture, where you can enjoy rare cuts. Our skewers are carefully grilled one by one by our skilled chefs, and are very reasonably priced, starting at 140 yen. Enjoy the juicy taste packed with umami to your heart's content. Fresh horse meat is delivered every morning from Senko Farm in Kamimashiki-gun, Kumamoto Prefecture. You can enjoy the high-quality fat as "horse sashimi". The best recommendation is the "exquisite marbled meat" (2,980 yen). Enjoy the deep sweetness of this artistic dish with vibrant red meat and beautiful marbling! You can also try the light-tasting loin with the "two-kind platter" for 1,980 yen. We also have rare cuts, so please feel free to ask the staff.
Our restaurant is proud of its "Motsunabe" (offal hotpot) made with domestic beef small intestines. The simply seasoned "Special Shio Motsunabe" (1,480 yen) has an irresistible soup full of umami! The slightly spicy "Special Umakara Motsunabe" (1,480 yen) combines the sweetness of fat with the spiciness, making it a dish that will have you eating and sweating non-stop. Chicken meat shipped directly from Miyazaki Prefecture is luxuriously served as "torisashimi" ◎ You can choose between a two-item platter (980 yen) or a four-item platter (1,880 yen) depending on the number of people and your preferences.

- *If you do not cancel by 5 PM on the day of your reservation and do not show up, a cancellation fee of 2500 yen per person will be charged. *Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled. *For reservations on the second floor, if 30 minutes or more have not been made and 4 or more people have not arrived, we cannot guarantee that you will have the room to yourselves, and a cancellation fee of 2500 yen per person will be charged. *This is an izakaya (Japanese pub).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
