A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to traffic, weather and other force majeure factors.
If weather conditions lead to insufficient snow conditions and the ski resort is closed, we will switch to other ski resorts outside Sapporo. You can choose to go by yourself or be picked up. Those who choose to pick up will be charged a fare of 8,000-20,000 yen, depending on the distance and location. Please be informed.
Free pick-up and drop-off is only available from JR Teine Station or Miyazawa Subway Station to Teine Ski Resort. If the distance from the entrance of Teine Ski Resort is more than 20 kilometers and requires a special car transfer, an additional charge of 5,000 yen per person will be charged. A total of 2 round-trips are included. Please make a reservation in advance and pay on site when meeting.
If you need shuttle service, please select JR Teine Station or Miyazawa Subway Station when booking. If you need a special car to pick you up more than 20 kilometers beyond the entrance of the ski resort (fees are required), you can make a note when making a reservation.
It is strongly recommended that customers purchase overseas accident insurance and specific activity accident insurance. If any accidents, conflicts or injuries occur at the ski resort, no compensation will be provided and the parties concerned will be responsible for handling and negotiating with the other party
It is advisable to purchase skiing injury insurance before traveling abroad
The free video and photo service is subject to the lesson conditions on the day
When bringing your own ski board, kindly inform in advance. The ski board must be placed in a board bag when taking the train
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
