The interior is decorated with sea urchin motifs throughout, including lighting and washbowls in the bathroom, a sea urchin mural, and partitions with a sea urchin pattern, but the space is not too eccentric and is calm, making it suitable for dates and business meetings. Another feature of our restaurant is the large table in the center that resembles a block of concrete!

"Japanese Craft Spirits" are spirits made using Japanese botanicals, such as well-known Japanese citrus fruits like yuzu and mandarin oranges, Japanese pepper, green tea, cherry blossoms, cypress, and even special herbal medicine ingredients. At UNIHOLIC, we use "TUMUGI," "ROKU," and "HAKU（白）," so they are perfect for sea urchin dishes, which have many Japanese elements.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
