Handmade pasta is one of the dishes that Chef Shingu put the most effort into when he opened the restaurant. He has done extensive research, hoping that even those who don't like fresh pasta will be able to experience the charm of real handmade pasta. The handmade pasta, which is made with the chef's passion, comes in a variety of shapes such as pici, tagliolini, federini, and trofie, as well as colorful ones that incorporate vegetables, and there are about 10 different types in stock at any one time.
The walls of the retro space are decorated with warm De Simone pottery.
