"Poo Pad Pong Curry" is a typical Thai dish of soft shell crab that can be eaten whole, tossed in curry sauce and eggs. It is medium spicy, making it easy for both adults and children to eat! It is a proud dish that goes well with rice or as a snack with alcohol.
