At our restaurant, you can casually enjoy Western-style dishes, including our signature hamburger steak featured in media such as 'King's Brunch', paired with wines hand-picked by our owner and sommelier. The signature hamburger steak is made with 'Grape Beef', which is raised on feed mixed with grape pomace from wine production, resulting in a perfect balance of lean meat and fat◎ We use port wine in both the meat and the sauce, creating an addictive, subtly sweet flavor. Our owner is also a sommelier. Based on extensive wine knowledge, we always have about 120 varieties available○ Please feel free to let us know what kind of wine you would like to drink. We will provide the perfect bottle for you. The restaurant has 32 seats in total, with 6 counter seats and 26 table seats. The gentle lighting illuminates the interior, creating a calm atmosphere. We use only the finest quality fish, vegetables, and beef for our specialty hamburger steak and other a la carte dishes◎We use "grape beef" for our hamburger steak! Cows raised on feed mixed with wine grape lees have a good balance of lean and fatty meat. We also use only fresh fish delivered directly from fishing ports in Chiba or purchased from wholesalers in Tsukiji, and high-quality vegetables purchased directly from contracted farmers around the country◎Enjoy our dishes that bring out the full flavor of the ingredients○
The owner of our restaurant is also a sommelier. With his extensive knowledge as a sommelier, the owner has carefully selected and always has about 120 bottles of wine on hand. To allow you to enjoy wine at your leisure, we have 7 types of red and white wine by the glass. We also have a full selection of 16 types of wine from Moldova, the ancient wine producing region in Europe. You are welcome to drink whatever you like, and we can bring you a wine that goes well with your meal if you prefer.
The restaurant has a total of 32 seats, including 6 counter seats, 1 two-seater table, and 6 four-seater tables. It is perfect for a variety of occasions, whether you are dining alone, on a date, or with the family. The tables are covered with crimson tablecloths, and wine and other liquor bottles are lined up on the shelves along the walls, creating a stylish space. Tommy Grill is a bistro located just a three minute walk from Suidobashi. The restaurant has been in business for 70 years and has been given a new lease of life under the third generation owner! With the concept of "enjoying wine and food in a casual atmosphere," we offer wines carefully selected by the owner/sommelier and food made with seasonal ingredients. The third generation owner will provide you with the joy of enjoying your meal and deciding which wine to choose.
