Our most popular dish is our ≪Horse Sashimi≫! We offer super fresh horse meat delivered directly from Aizu-Wakamatsu at the reasonable price of 699 yen. The reason for the low price is that we have been purchasing horse meat for 35 years. Even though it is reasonably priced, the meat is cut thickly, so it is a very satisfying dish. Our ≪Horse Sashimi≫ has a different appeal from that of Kumamoto, so if you come here, you must try it!
The "Dotemori" is one of our specialty dishes! It is a special dish that is carefully simmered in the exquisite "red miso" that has been added to for 35 years. Radish, egg, tendon meat, etc. The various ingredients served in the dish are soaked in the red miso. *The secret to its popularity is the warm and delicious taste that can only be achieved by taking the time and effort to make it.
