Our head chef, who previously served as a master chef at a high-end Ginza restaurant, is dedicated to authentic, quality cuisine. Every ingredient is carefully selected by the chef based on the season and origin. Our signature 'hair crab' is flown in by air. We also have tatami seating, so families can relax and enjoy their meal.
With 40 years of experience, we carefully select and purchase the most delicious ingredients of the day from all over Japan, mainly from Hokkaido, depending on the season. When you think of high-quality ingredients, you might imagine that they are expensive, but they are delivered directly from the source, so they are naturally fresh and delicious! Our restaurant serves not only crab dishes, but also a variety of other dishes. Among them, we would like to recommend our "meat dishes"! Taking advantage of the "skills" of our head chef, who has been a chef for 40 years, all of our meat is "knife-cut". Meat dishes cut by knife, which is now very rare, have a texture that is completely different from that cut by machine, and are 20% more delicious! Please give our knife-cut meat dishes a try!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
