[Brooklyn Parlor] is produced by Blue Note Japan. This is a space where music, books, and food fuse together. Brooklyn is a borough located just across the East River from Manhattan, New York. It is a place filled with positive freedom, the excitement of chaotic culture, and a deep appreciation for neighbors and the unique local vibe. In these times where instant gratification is often sought, we offer the slow-acting joy found in culture and art. Because so many spaces feel the same everywhere, we offer daily food rooted in the local area and a unique atmosphere where anyone can gather comfortably. From Shinjuku, one of the most chaotic and free districts in Japan, we aim to deliver that Brooklyn style.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
