The interior of the restaurant is based on the concept of "Kuimonoya Wan," an old folk house from 100 years ago. Antique wood is an important part of the interior design. We purchase old wood that was actually used in folk houses and carefully select from it the pieces that fit the image of "Kuimonoya Wan." Specialized carpenters assemble the old wood with care. The interior of the restaurant, which has a traditional folk house feel, is equipped with private rooms where you can talk openly, so please enjoy yourself to your heart's content while feeling the Japanese atmosphere.
The hospitality at Kuimonoya Wan begins the moment you sit down. The appetizer at Kuimonoya Wan is a salad. Eating vegetables first slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, preventing a sudden rise in blood sugar levels and excessive sugar intake.
