Our restaurant specializes in additive-free dishes made with naturally cultivated ingredients. Based on the concept that 'what you eat builds your mind and body,' we welcome you with a warm, family-like atmosphere! We recommend our dishes made with naturally cultivated rice and our smooth, easy-to-drink original sake◎ We also offer electronic ion water and naturally cultivated juices for a body-friendly drink. Our restaurant uses naturally grown rice from Yamagata and Toyama. We offer two types of rice, brown rice and enzyme brown rice, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of carefully selected rice. All ingredients other than rice are also naturally grown and cooked with additive-free seasonings. You can enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients.
We offer mellow and clear tasting electronic ionized water as drinking water. It has a characteristic sensation of being absorbed into the body. We also offer ginger ale and apple juice sourced from organic farmers. Carrot juice and seasonal beet juice are squeezed in the store, so you can enjoy the fresh taste of 100% freshly squeezed juice.
The warm wooden chairs and red cushions create a stylish, homey atmosphere. The antique design creates a comfortable atmosphere. The private rooms in the basement offer a sense of privacy and provide a special moment. There is also a loft-style half-second floor, perfect for girls' parties.
Our original sake "Uchu no Hitotsubu" is made with rice from Yamagata farmers, and has a smooth texture and is easy to drink. "Fukumusubi" is made with rice from Toyama farmers, and is characterized by its sweetness and softness, making it very easy to drink. We also offer Terada Honke shochu, which is made with natural cultivation methods! Please give it a try!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
