Enjoy the flavors of Miyazaki, including our signature mackerel with sesame soy sauce. Smoking is permitted in all seats except at the counter.
Head Chef Kazuyuki Shibata is a native of Miyazaki Prefecture. He says, 'After moving to Tokyo, every time I got my hands on ingredients from Miyazaki and tasted them, the outlines of the dishes I ate as a child became clearer, and I reaffirmed the unique, deep flavor of Miyazaki cuisine that cannot be expressed by other dishes.' At Sendai Zaka Himuka, Chef Shibata presents his own unique take on Miyazaki cuisine. While faithfully recreating the cold soup (hiyajiru) and chicken nanban his grandmother used to make, he also offers dishes prepared with kappo techniques, such as bonito caught in the Hyuga Sea dressed with seasonal vegetables and spicy vinegar miso.
Mackerel with sesame soy sauce is very popular all year round. Please try it.

We have two courses available, priced at 4,500 yen and 5,500 yen. These courses are perfect for entertaining, banquets, or other important dining occasions.
Purchase Notice
- Phone inquiries are easiest to reach before 5 PM. Due to concerns about passive smoking, we regretfully cannot allow children into the store. Pets are only allowed on Saturdays or public holidays when we are open.
- All-you-can-drink option is available (2800 yen including tax). (Changes to include all-you-can-drink cannot be made on the day of your visit.) The all-you-can-drink option is for 2.5 hours. If you would like the all-you-can-drink option, please let us know in the comments section. There is no time limit for courses only. *A separate 5% service charge will be added.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to come to our shop, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on the confirmation of your reservation): The following cancellation policy applies to reservations of 2 or more people. Same-day cancellation (no contact): 3,000 yen. The above amount will be charged.

If you need to change your order, please contact KKday customer service. However, please note that the decision on whether to allow changes to your order rests with KKday and the restaurant, so please fill out your order details carefully when placing your order.
Please ensure that the order details provided are correct. If there is any error in the order information, you will be responsible for any resulting loss of rights.
Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
