・Tateyama - Snow Wall 'Yuki no Otani'
Spanning Toyama and Nagano Prefectures in Japan, 'Tateyama Kurobe' is known as the 'Japanese Alps' and the 'Roof of Japan.' 'Tateyama' is one of the world's heaviest snowfall regions, with an average snow depth of about 7 meters, reaching up to 20 meters—equivalent to a 10-story building!

From mid-April to May, at an altitude of approximately 2,400 meters in Tateyama, the spectacular, towering white snow walls formed after snow removal are called 'Yuki no Otani.' Upon arriving at Murodo, you can walk into the 'Yuki no Otani,' where nothing but thick white snow walls surround you. On a sunny day, besides the blue of the sky, the world is filled with silver and white—a breathtaking sight that will leave you in awe!

  • This itinerary coincides with the Golden Week holiday, and the stay at various tourist destinations may be shortened due to overcrowding. Please understand that if the return trip is significantly delayed, any resulting accommodation or taxi fares will be your responsibility.

  • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. The bus will depart on time; latecomers will not be waited for. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.

  • Please confirm your tour number on site and meet at the location marked with the sign "CLUB TOURISM".

  • The tour may be cancelled if the opening hours of the Tateyama Toll Road or the Snow Valley are delayed. The bus will travel to Murodo via the Tateyama Toll Road, which may be closed due to inclement weather. If the road is closed after the tour has started, the tour will proceed to other sightseeing areas or return to the meeting point.
