• Tateyama – The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, a snow-covered valley straddling Toyama and Nagano prefectures in Japan, is also known as the "Japanese Alps" and the "Roof of Japan." Tateyama is one of the world's heaviest snowfall areas, with an average snow depth of about 7 meters and a maximum of up to 20 meters, equivalent to a ten-story building!

Every year from mid-April to May, the spectacular, towering white snow walls formed after snow removal at an altitude of approximately 2400 meters on Tateyama Mountain are known as the "Snow Valley."   • If the Tateyama Toll Road or Yuki-no-Odani opening hours are delayed, the trip may be canceled. Buses will go to Murodo via the Tateyama Toll Road, which may be closed due to bad weather. If the road is closed to traffic after the tour starts, you will go to other sightseeing places or return to the meeting point.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
