- The ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Ticket validity is stated on your ticket. No refund or exchange will be given for unused trips; no revalidation for expired tickets. No change of travel date once the ticket is issued. - Travelers may use a one-way ticket either from the airport to the Central Station or from the Central Station to the airport
- Children ages 6–15 years old are eligible for children tickets, and travelers ages 16 years old and over are eligible for adult tickets
- Free admission for children under 6 years old
- A surcharge of RM2/adult and RM1/child applies for shuttle bus services between KLIA T1 and KLIA T2
