・Admission tickets to the Kyoto International Manga Museum and the Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art Collection Room cannot be purchased separately. Please make sure to purchase them as part of an accommodation plan.

・We do not accept participation by children of elementary school age or younger alone. Please make sure to make a reservation and that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Tickets will be given to you when you check in on the day.
・Please present your passport when checking in (foreign guests only).
- If you make a reservation for accommodation with this plan but cancel without permission, we will not be able to provide you with any tickets or other optional items.
・Please note that even if the event is cancelled, the normal cancellation policy will apply.
・Kyoto Magic Festival admission tickets do not include stage entry rights.
・Tickets cannot be refunded even if they are not used.
・Please refrain from reselling or transferring tickets.
・If you use the ticket on the day of your stay, you will need to stop by the accommodation before going to the event venue. Please be aware of the end time of the event.
How to Use
- One set of tickets will be given to each adult per night when they check into the hotel. Tickets will not be given to children under 12 years old (elementary school students and younger).
- Admission to the Miyako Messe venue is free for elementary school students and younger, and admission to the Kyoto Manga Museum venue is free for preschoolers. Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian when entering either venue.
- Children aged 12 and under (elementary school students and under) will need to pay a separate admission fee of 200 yen at the Kyoto International Manga Museum Venue.
- If you are using your ticket on the day of your stay, you will need to stop by the accommodation before going to the event venue. Please make sure to arrive before the event ends.
- The "Kyoto International Manga and Anime Fair Miyako Messe Admission Ticket" is included in the accommodation fee, but it is not a two-day pass and only allows admission for one day. If you need additional tickets, please purchase them here .

- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
