  • Travel time: Approximately 120 minutes
  • Departure time: Customer-specified time
  • Pick-up location: Customer-specified hotel name/address/station name

  • Vehicle usage time: 10 hours for a full-day charter; overtime fees will apply if exceeded.
  • For trips starting and ending within the 23 Wards of Tokyo, the daily usage time is 10 hours.
    Nikko: For trips starting and ending at the sightseeing destination, the actual daily usage time is 6 hours (4 hours for the driver's round-trip travel must be deducted).
    　　　For trips starting or ending at the sightseeing destination, the actual daily usage time is 8 hours (2 hours for the driver's one-way travel must be deducted).
  • Izu: For trips starting and ending at the sightseeing destination, the actual daily usage time is 5 hours (5 hours for the driver's round-trip travel must be deducted).
  • 　　　For trips starting or ending at the sightseeing destination, the actual daily usage time is 7.5 hours (2.5 hours for the driver's one-way travel must be deducted).

Purchase Notice

  • If a private charter car is required for continuous use, an accommodation fee of JPY10,000 per night must be paid in cash directly to the driver
  • Please provide pick-up and drop-off locations and addresses when placing your order
  • A free waiting time of 30 minutes is provided from the designated pick-up time. If the guest cannot be contacted after this time, the trip will be considered canceled
  • The daily driving time is 10 hours. Overtime charges will apply if the time exceeds this limit
  • The first child seat is free of charge; an additional JPY2,000 will be charged for a second child seat
  • If a sign service is required for airport pick-up, an additional JPY2,000 will be charged
  • If no plan matches your itinerary or if you're unsure whether it can be arranged, please contact customer service for special processing
  • Please ensure that the guest's contact information is provided

Waiting Time Extension Fees:

  • Normal hours: JPY3,000 every 30 minutes (any waiting time exceeding 10 minutes will be counted as 30 minutes, and over 40 minutes will be counted as 60 minutes)
  • Late-night hours: JPY4,500 yen per 30 minutes (any waiting time exceeding 10 minutes will be counted as 30 minutes, and over 40 minutes will be counted as 60 minutes)
