What You Can Expect

- [Reception and counseling] We will ask you about the details of the experience and your wishes. Please let us know your requests regarding costumes, hairstyles, and makeup.
- [Choosing your costume] Choose your costume. Please let us know your preferences for kimono, obi, hair accessories, props, etc.
- [Hair and makeup] We will do your makeup based on your preferences, including eyeshadow and lipstick colors, to match the color of your kimono. You can freely choose your hairstyle, such as a "tatehyogo" hairstyle unique to oiran courtesans, or a style where you style your hair yourself and add a flower ornament. Those with short hair can also add a flower ornament or hairpin to make their hair look more glamorous.
- [Dressing] The costume is put on and the transformation is complete.
- [Photoshoot] Once you've changed, the photoshoot will begin in a Japanese-style studio. Our staff and photographers will give you advice so that you can take beautiful photos. Don't worry, even if it's your first time.
- [Data handover] When you are ready to go home, you will be given the data of all the photos taken that day at the reception desk.

Please refrain from doing things that, compared to normal preparations, "require unnecessary skills or a significantly higher level of required skills," "increase the number of processes that were not originally planned," or "may significantly extend preparation time or shooting time."
(The difficulty of dressing increases, frequent adjustments may be required during the shoot, etc.)
Rings, pierced earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, socks, tights, nail tips, false eyelashes, and colored contact lenses are not included in the carry-on items limit.
Inner wear and fasteners that cannot be seen from the outside are not included in the carry-on points.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
