Tetsuan has been awarded a Michelin 1-star rating for 7 consecutive years. In 1995, Chef Tetsusou Goto opened the restaurant at the age of 30, handling everything from procurement to cooking and customer service by himself. His warm vegetable dishes, as well as crab and seafood dishes, have received widespread acclaim. Inspired by tea-ceremony Kaiseki, the chef insists on visiting the Toyosu Market every morning to carefully select the day's ingredients, focusing on bringing out their natural flavors. Designed with the image of a tea room, the restaurant offers an elegant and simple space refined by time. In this small and cozy setting, you can enjoy delicious food while chatting with the chef about the day's ingredients and dishes.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
