If you are traveling alone or in an odd-numbered group, you will generally be assigned to shared bus seats. Please note that we may ask you to share a seat with a man and a woman.
Apple and grape picking will be conducted rain or shine. In rainy weather, some farms may not allow umbrellas. Please bring a raincoat or similar. It may take about 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop to the apple and grape picking area.
The best time to see the autumn leaves may vary depending on weather conditions. Departure dates are set based on the usual time of year, but please note that the best viewing time may not be on the day of departure. If you cancel your tour reservation due to the condition of the autumn leaves, a cancellation fee will be charged. Best time to see the autumn leaves: Shosenkyo - usually late October to late November
Lunch may be served late after 1pm.
This course is offered to adults and children under the same conditions.
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
For safety reasons and for tour conductor duties, seats for tour conductors are provided at the front of the bus.
The bus may be delayed due to road conditions, etc., but please wait at the designated meeting point.
Due to unexpected traffic congestion or crowded tourist spots, we may be forced to skip some sightseeing spots, shorten sightseeing time, or delay the return time.
Free walks in valleys, forests, etc. may be canceled or you may be guided to alternative sightseeing spots depending on the weather.
Please note that tours depart from different locations and will return to the original departure location.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., and for non-participation. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.
The size of the Kikyo Shingen Mochi all-you-can-fill bag is approximately 26.5cm x 15cm.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
