- Two authentic paddle wheelers, Sydney Showboat II and Harbour Ballroom, are in operation for the nightly Sydney Showboats Dinner Cruise Your booking will be allocated to either vessel at the company's discretion
- Your group will be allocated individual reserved tables. If traveling in an odd-numbered group of travellers, you may be sharing the dining table with other travellers
- Requests from our guests for dietary requirements (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board our cruises will be politely declined
- The cruise will not wait for any passengers beyond designated departure time. No refund or credit will be issued for passengers who do not board the cruise on time
- Dress code is smart and elegant. Ladies are encouraged to dress up and men are advised bring a dinner jacket
- Beverages are not included and may be purchased at passenger's own expense
- If the number of passengers is below the minimum requirement for this trip, you will be informed of rescheduling or cancellation 12 hours prior to departure
- Travellers planning to bring a stroller onboard must notify KKday through KKday message after order is confirmed and refer to their for final confirmation. Failure to do so will result in admission denial by the local agency
- There are no baby-changing facilities on board

All passengers including the infants must be manifested for safety and security reasons. Un-manifested guests will be refused boarding

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
