Purchase Notice
For lunch and dinner on the first and second days, you will need to select and pay for your own meals around the designated sightseeing spots.
The hotel for the first and second days will be arranged by our company, so you cannot change it yourself. The one-day private charter car service for groups is only available on the third day of the tour, and the date of the private charter cannot be changed.
The areas that can be traveled using the 1-day private charter car service are Osaka Prefecture / Kyoto Prefecture / Nara Prefecture / Kobe City. The usage time of the private charter car is up to 10 hours. If you extend the usage beyond that, an extension fee will be charged. There is no Chinese guide on the day of private charter car use. If you would like to add a guide on the third day, please select the option.
If we are unable to contact you 7 days prior to the start of your trip regarding your private charter car service plan, your charter car may not be available.
Each person may bring one large piece of luggage (24 inch suitcase). Depending on traffic conditions, the tour may not proceed according to the scheduled itinerary.
Reminders
If the minimum number of participants is not met (8 people), or due to other operational reasons, the tour may be cancelled up to 21 days prior to the tour.
Please inform us of your accommodation and representative contact information (phone number, email address, LINE/WhatsApp/WeChat ID, etc.) for the day before the tour departure at least 21 days before the tour start date. If the tour is canceled, our customer support will contact you.
Children under the age of 3 are free of charge, but we cannot provide them with a seat or a bed at the hotel. (If you have an infant, please let us know in the comments section or message us.)
Please note that we do not provide child seats for children under 3 years old.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 22 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–21 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
