Learn the history of this world-famous noodle dish from your knowledgeable host before watching the expert at work. After the demonstration, try to put what you’ve learned to good use making your own bowl of ramen. 

Each bowl made will be completely unique to the cook who creates it with an endless variety of ingredients and styles to choose from. First, select one of three classically used broths. Make your own salted broth, soy sauce broth, or spicy broth then boil some noodles. Once the basics of the bowl are put together top it with your dream ingredients.
