• If the tour is conducted by a driver/guide in a small vehicle, only Mandarin-speaking services will be provided. Please be aware of this in advance. • Please assemble 10 minutes before the bus departure. Our company will not be responsible for any delays or missed boarding caused by your own issues.
• Due to factors such as climate, the flowers in each park may bloom earlier or wither earlier than expected. In such cases, refunds will not be available. Please be aware that • Admission times for each tourist attraction may be adjusted due to local Japanese holidays or time restrictions, and the total tour duration may also be affected and end earlier.
• When large taxis or minibuses are operating, the tour driver will provide information, not act as a guide. • The Kamui Cape boardwalk undergoes routine maintenance every October. The specific construction dates vary each year and are usually officially announced by the relevant departments closer to the time. If the boardwalk is closed due to maintenance, strong winds, or other reasons, the guide will instead take you to the Kamui Cape Observatory for photos and provide an on-site explanation. Since walking access to the Kamui Cape area is not possible, the itinerary will be shortened accordingly, and the time will be extended to include a visit to Otaru Ward to ensure a fulfilling and smooth overall trip. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Only during the cherry blossom season from April 25th to May 9th will a special visit to Hokkaido Shrine be arranged for cherry blossom viewing; during this period, the itinerary will not include a visit to the Shimabushi Coast, please understand and cooperate.

• Child seats and children's meals are not included. Please specify if you require this in advance.
• Children aged 0-2 years old are free if held in arms and do not occupy a seat; please inform us in advance when registering; children aged 3 years and above are charged the same as adults.

• The tour will be cancelled if the number of participants is less than 1 person on the day of departure (if the number of participants is less than 1 person 5 days before departure).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
