If even one day of your rental period falls within the high season (April 27th to May 6th, July 15th to August 31st, December 28th to January 5th), you will be charged the high season rate, and the surcharge will be collected on the day of rental. If your rental start date falls within the high season (February 4th to February 10th, April 27th to May 6th, July 15th to August 31st, December 26th to January 5th), the high season rate will already apply.
The driver must bring a valid driver's license in Japan. If we are unable to confirm this on the day, we will be unable to rent the vehicle. In that case, a cancellation fee will also be charged.
All vehicles weigh less than 3,500kg, so they can be driven with a Category B Geneva-style International Driver's License or a Taiwanese driver's license for standard small vehicles.

If the number of passengers is at its maximum capacity and everyone brings a large suitcase, there is a possibility that the luggage will not fit. We do not store any luggage. Please use a bag such as a duffel bag or backpack that can be folded up small after moving your luggage to the storage in the vehicle.
The office is closed every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Please leave and return by 2:00 p.m. If you are leaving from the Mt. Fuji area, you need to leave by 11:00 a.m. and go directly to Sumida Ward without making any detours in order to return at 2:00 p.m. The system allows you to make reservations on Saturdays and Sundays, but we may ask you to change the time. ★Notes on the day★ Many customers are late for their reservation, but the shuttle bus will return to the office if the customer is [5 minutes] late. If you arrive after that, you will need to come to the office on your own. Please note that it takes about 15 minutes on foot. Also, if you arrive after the shuttle bus has returned, a waiting fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.
