Want to experience the laid-back Aussie pace of life? Want to get up close with unique Australian animals like cute possums, wallabies, and the prehistoric living fossil, the platypus? Join our carefully curated exclusive Cairns Eco Tour. During this half-day trip, we will pass by Queensland's first and second highest peaks, Mount Bartle Frere and Mount Bellenden Ker, and stop at the popular photo spot, Walshs Pyramid, to capture your best poses. Along the way, admire the Atherton Tablelands, known as 'Little Switzerland,' where picturesque fields and beautiful wheat fields come into view. Visit Lake Tinaroo, where the Coral Sea meets the rainforest—a naturally formed, elegant, and tranquil paradise. Amidst the mountains and lakes, gaze up at the 500-year-old Cathedral Fig Tree; despite centuries of change, its roots continue to grow firmly, allowing you to feel the passage of time and the greatness of nature. In the evening, we arrive at the mysterious habitat of the platypus, where you may have the chance to see these little guys playing in the water. After unveiling their mysteries, enjoy an Aussie BBQ dinner, look up to admire the stunning Milky Way of the Southern Hemisphere, and don't forget to interact with our 'little guests'—the possums and wallabies—to bring a perfect end to this encounter with nature.
The first stop of the trip, we will come to the most famous INS internet celebrity check-in spot in Cairns - Pyramid Mountain (Walshs Pyramid). Here, please use different postures to check in Cairns.
Then set off for the Atherton Highlands, where you will see the Curtain Fig Tree, which is more than 500 years old. The roots of the tree are still growing wildly after hundreds of years. Standing in front of the tree curtain, you will feel the weight of life in time and space rushing towards your face.
Lake Tinaroo is a naturally elegant and peaceful paradise where the Coral Sea and the tropical rainforest meet. Between the lakes and mountains, you can experience Australia’s best weekend outdoor recreation, such as hiking, camping, fishing and kayaking

- This itinerary is a round trip by bus, including tickets to the scenic spot and dinner in the park. Stargazing in the Southern Hemisphere on the way back may be affected by the visibility of the day, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to observe it. Please understand.
- The temperature at night in the rainforest/plateau area is cold, so please add more clothing as needed and take anti-mosquito measures.
- The appearance of wild animals will be affected by many factors. The tour guide will try his best to lead everyone to find them, but there is no guarantee that they will be able to see them during the tour. Please understand.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
