- The single-occupancy room rate is only available for male applicants, and there is only one room available for each session. Please confirm with customer service before placing your order
- On this tour, travelers are not allowed to change their names, increase or decrease the number of people or the number of rooms within 30 days before departure
- When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact KKday in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact KKday in advance for confirmation. Car seat rental fee is US$10/day and failure to do so may result in admission decline
- Bilingual tour guide in both Chinese and English are available for this tour; please aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
- Considering the extended periods of travel by vehicle, please do access your physical conditions before making a reservation
- Due to the oil price soar and the cost of vehicle greatly increased, starting April 1, 2022, please be advised that all bus tours will be subject to an additional transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day, which will be paid together with the tour fees when you place the order

The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour, so please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
For your comfort during the tour, each guest is allowed to bring only one piece of carry-on luggage that the dimension is limited to 65cm (L) × 45cm (W) × 28cm (H), similar to a 26-inch suitcase
The tour guide will purchase optional activities for you. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point
All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)

The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays that cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that 0% of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded, except for the tickets for optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable
Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
Please refer to your voucher for details, and be alert to change notifications as tour guide may adjust based on actual on-site conditions, emergencies, weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 47 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 16 to 46 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
