Each guest entering the park or dining must present one of the following three forms of identification for verification: ① Hong Kong/Macau SAR Home Return Permit/ID card (both permanent and non-permanent residents accepted)/passport; ② “Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident” or the “Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents” issued by the People’s Republic of China; ③ A passport from an overseas country. Guests who fail to present the required documentation will not be allowed to enter the park or dine, and original tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Chimelong Hotel operates on a floating pricing mechanism, and room rates may be adjusted during holidays and promotional periods. The final room availability and price confirmed by the supplier after order submission shall prevail. In the event of price changes, guests should pay the difference within the specified period as notified. If the guest fails to complete the payment within the deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. If multiple payments are required due to price changes, and the payment is still not completed after two attempts, no third payment will be made, and the order will be cancelled directly. Guests who do not accept the payment arrangement may also choose to cancel their order.

The room can accommodate up to 4 people. If you need to purchase additional tickets/meals, please purchase them at the hotel front store. The fees are subject to on-site confirmation.

The standard tickets for Chimelong International Circus, The Chimelong Show, and The Adventures of Kaka Tiger included in the package do not allow children under 3 years old or under 100cm in height to enter the park for free on the day of the performance. Children's tickets in the package cannot be upgraded to standard tickets or other ticket types by paying the difference. Guests can explain the situation to the front desk staff at check-in and show relevant documents to purchase up to 2 additional multi-day tickets at the hotel front desk, and the total number of multi-day tickets cannot exceed 4.

Passengers are required to undergo security checks before entering each theme park in Chimelong. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled equipment, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, food, etc. into the park.

The use of selfie sticks is prohibited in amusement facilities, gatherings, and crowded areas

Pets are not allowed into the park

Please note that some facilities in the park have height restrictions; please also refer to the opening hours, performance times and precautions of the corresponding theme park.

Before entering the park, tourists must accept valid identity document verification at the entrance. Please prepare valid identity documents in advance (including ID card/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Residence Permit/Passport, etc.)

Visitors are asked to keep an appropriate distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please line up according to the separation signs, take a seat, or accept the on-site arrangement guidance of the staff.

We will try our best to book the requested room type, but as it is subject to the availability, we cannot guarantee to fulfil the request. If the requested room type is sold out, we will book another room type without consulting the customer to avoid additional costs caused by price fluctuations. If you are unable to accept any room type change at all, please indicate it clearly in the remarks. Please note that once the order is placed, there is no refund or exchange.

If you need to order multiple rooms and the same package, it is recommended that you put them in the same order. If you order different packages separately, some of the rooms in one order may be sold out, while the order that is successful will not be refunded or modified. If you have the order number of others traveling with you, you can indicate it in the order remarks, but there is no guarantee that there are still vacancies. It will be subject to room availability. Any special requirements, such as adjacent rooms, can be indicated in the order remarks. We will try our best to arrange it, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy: In the event of severe weather warnings on the day of departure (Hong Kong and Macau travelers: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal issued by local meteorological authorities, or suspension of high-speed rail/flights; Mainland China: weather alerts issued by local meteorological authorities, subject to Chimelong's policy of the day; other travelers: suspension of high-speed rail/flights), valid proof must be provided to cancel free of charge. Weather forecast images will not be accepted as valid proof for cancellation.
