・The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
・The same price applies to adults and children. For vehicles with less than 13 seats, safety seats are provided for infants under 2 years old, and a seat fee (adult price) is charged. Safety seats are not provided for children aged 3-6 years old by default. Please make a note when placing an order if you need to arrange one. When placing an order, you need to note the baby's date of birth for future reference.
・People under 18 or over 65 cannot purchase tickets alone and must be accompanied by a guardian.
・Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in subsequent trips. If you are late and cannot get on the bus, the loss will be borne by the guest.
・The space in the car is limited. Each passenger can only bring one piece of carry-on luggage. No luggage storage is provided.
・If you need to store your luggage, please inform us in the remarks when ordering. You will need to pay a space fee of JPY 2,000 per piece of luggage (luggage size must not exceed 28 inches). The space fee must be paid to the driver on site.
・Customer service will confirm your itinerary via the messaging app by 21:00 (local time) on the previous day at the latest. Please check your receipt. If you haven't been contacted within the time limit, please contact customer service.
Reminders
This itinerary is a fixed itinerary for carpooling. Customers participating in this trip must abide by the staying time at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements.
The itinerary is for reference only. The specific attractions, tour order and time may be changed according to the situation on the day.
If the group cannot be organized due to force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather or emergencies, all fees will be refunded without compensation for liquidated damages.
Therefore, the trip is a shared day tour. If the driver cannot contact you due to personal reasons, in order to ensure the travel time of all guests, the driver will wait for 5 minutes and then leave. It will be regarded as the guest's automatic waiver, and the fee will not be refunded. The loss will be borne by the guest.
During the trip, in order to ensure the smooth travel of other guests. If the guest fails to return to the agreed location at the designated time, the driver will wait for 5 minutes. Guests who are late/fail to return on time will need to go to the next attraction on their own. If you do not go to the next attraction, it will be considered as leaving on your own.
There are parking spots available during this trip, and you are allowed to leave the group; however, you cannot change the parking spots at will, thank you for your understanding.
This product does not include personal outbound travel insurance, and customers are advised to purchase insurance when traveling;
If you are taking a flight on the day of departure, please make sure to arrive at least 2 hours before your flight.
It is prohibited to eat on the bus so as not to disturb other passengers.
If you need a vomit bag, please ask the driver in advance. Please do not vomit on the bus. The cleaning fee and the cost of suspension of operation shall be borne by the customer.
The natural landscape is affected by the weather on the day and is a force majeure factor. If you fail to enjoy the scenery as scheduled, no refund will be given, please be advised!
If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid and no fees will be refunded. If personal injury or property damage results from this, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
Please note that the cherry blossom opening date is affected by local weather and the most beautiful scenery cannot be guaranteed. Please check the local weather and cherry blossom conditions before placing an order. Please note that we cannot process any requests for refunds or compensation due to weather factors such as poor cherry blossom conditions or rain.
It is recommended that elderly people, patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and heart disease, and pregnant women be accompanied by relatives.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
