Please read the purchased services and course contents carefully. When you purchase the services and course contents of FUYU SKI School, it means that you have read all the terms and conditions in detail.
At the beginning of the course, you must confirm that you understand that skiing is risky and dangerous, and must follow the instructor's safety guidelines and ski resort regulations.
Students must have valid insurance when taking the course, and the coverage must be applicable to skiing activities. FUYU SKI School will not be held legally responsible for any injuries, accidents, etc. before, during, or after the course.
Students are required to wear any safety equipment, such as helmets and protective gear, during classes. During children's classes, guardians, parents and adult companions must do everything they can to inform FUYU SKI School coaches whether the child has congenital diseases, precautions, food allergens, etc. that may cause discomfort to the child.
If you have any questions or concerns about the course, please inform us before the course starts. If the course is subsequently changed, the additional fees will be charged to the students on the day of the course.
All behaviors in the course must comply with the law. FUYU SKI School is not responsible for any illegal behavior in the class. If necessary, a third party will be appointed to intervene.
During class, FUYU SKI School coaches will formulate courses according to the needs of the guests. If students voluntarily give up the course time, they will not be able to ask for compensation later.
