・The course start time can be flexibly arranged from 8:30 to 10:00, and the course will be counted for 6 hours from the start.
・Full-day courses will end at 16:00 at the latest.
・If you are a beginner, we can assist you with renting ski equipment and other preparations (the time spent will be included in the lesson time).
・To ensure safety, one-on-one teaching is recommended for children under 5 years old.
・The fee does not include the following:
1) Ski equipment rental fees
2) Cable car fees
3) When ordering meals, the number of people you want is "Number of coaches". If you need 1 coach, please select "1", if you need 2 coaches, please select "2"... and so on.

Please read the purchased services and course contents carefully. When you purchase the services and course contents of FUYU SKI School, it means that you have read all the terms and conditions in detail.
At the beginning of the course, you must confirm that you understand that skiing is risky and dangerous, and must follow the instructor's safety guidelines and ski resort regulations.
Students must have valid insurance when taking the course, and the coverage must be applicable to skiing activities. FUYU SKI School will not be held legally responsible for any injuries, accidents, etc. before, during, or after the course.
Students are required to wear any safety equipment, such as helmets and protective gear, during classes. During children's classes, guardians, parents and adult companions must do everything they can to inform FUYU SKI School coaches whether the child has congenital diseases, precautions, food allergens, etc. that may cause discomfort to the child.
If you have any questions or concerns about the course, please inform us before the course starts. If the course is subsequently changed, the additional fees will be charged to the students on the day of the course.
All behaviors in the course must comply with the law. FUYU SKI School is not responsible for any illegal behavior in the class. If necessary, a third party will be appointed to intervene.
During class, FUYU SKI School coaches will formulate courses according to the needs of the guests. If students voluntarily give up the course time, they will not be able to ask for compensation later.

- For cancellations made at least 22 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 15 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–14 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
