- Experience packages can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis, and may vary depending on the situation on-site
- For the transparent boat experience, up to 7 people can board at a time. There is a minimum height requirement of 100 cm to board.
- For the jellyfish education program, only children aged 5 years old to elementary school age may participate
- For the stingray education program, participants must satisfy 2 criteria:
* Age: Must be school-aged children over 7 years old
* Height: Over 120 cm - For the jellyfish, stingray, and penguin education programs, reservations close 20 minutes before the start of the experience
- For the shark cage experience program:
* Only children and adults over 10 years old may experience it
* Reservations can be made by phone at least a week before the selected experience date. Contact this number for reservations and inquiries: 031-548-1994 (Program is closed on Sundays) - For the docent tour program, participants must be over 6 years old.
