-What To Expect-

A flexible Shop and Dine package for your convenience and an introduction to local cuisine. A private transportation and driver will be provided, with up to five (5) to nine (9) hours usage, depending on the package. Visit Ayala Center Mall where you can find everything from currency exchanges, supermarkets, two department stores, boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, banks and more. Visit to other places is possible as long as it is within the allotted time. 

 Choose between two (2) types of meals: Filipino Flavors or Seafood Symphony. 

○ Note: Custom pick-up time may be requested subject to approval

○ Default Lunch time is 11:30 or 12NN (depending on hotel location, will be indicated in your voucher), and default Dinner time is 6PM. Changes will be subject to approval.

Seafood Symphony Meal - savor a seafood boil of crabs, shrimps, scallops, and mussels in butter garlic sauce, together with baked lobsters. Garlic rice and your choice of soft drink are also served. Please note that seafood may vary based on availability. 

Filipino Flavors Meal - embark on a culinary exploration with our selection of home-style Filipino dishes together with garlic rice, dessert and drinks. 

Simply present the voucher at the restaurant along with your identification and get ready to sit down and enjoy the meal.

  • Important: Please mention if there are any FOOD ALLERGIES.
  • Note: Special requests such as time adjustments or a different mall are subject to approval.
  • For 7 pax and above only personal items that you take with you in the van are to be accommodated. 
  • Trolley luggages may not fit and may incur extra charge. If you are planning to take trolley luggages with you, please inform us, and this will be subject to approval.

Reminders

  • Pick-up and Drop off within Cebu City, Mandaue City and Mactan Island only.

  • Lunch: 11AM-4PM

  • Dinner: 3PM-8PM

  • Note: Custom pick-up time may be requested subject to approval

  • Default Lunch time is 11:30 or 12NN (depending on hotel location, will be indicated in your voucher), and default Dinner time is 6PM. Changes will be subject to approval

  • Please take note that the Seafood meal is at a different location, with a travel time from the restaurant to Ayala Center Mall of approximately 15 - 30 minutes depending on traffic. The Filipino Flavors Meal is within the same mall

  • Excess hour charge of PhP 400/hour to be paid to the driver in cash

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
