- Non-refundable or exchangeable. The eSIM, and any subsequent top-ups, once sold, are nonrefundable or exchangeable for cash or any products. There will be no refund for any unused value upon eSIM loss, damage, expiry, or termination.

- The person registering the SIM card needs to be at least 15 years old.
- In the event of the loss of eSIM QR Code, you will have to buy a new eSIM online.
