The tour of Byodo-in Temple will include viewing the garden, and viewing the interior of the Phoenix Hall is not included.
Since there will be a lot of walking around temples and shrines, we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. Also, since it gets cold in the mornings and evenings in Kyoto in April, we recommend that you bring a jacket.
The best time to see the cherry blossoms may vary depending on weather conditions. After the departure date has been confirmed, the tour will go ahead even if you are unable to enjoy the cherry blossoms at each tourist spot.
We may change some of the tour content or cancel the tour. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance.
Kyoto is expected to be very crowded during the tourist season. Depending on the congestion situation, sightseeing will take priority, and we may omit parts of the itinerary or shorten the time spent at tourist spots. In addition, the scheduled return time may be significantly delayed.
This tour is conducted in Japanese only.
Please be sure to be on time during the tour, otherwise the tour will depart.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
