Children under the age of 3 and those who bring a physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or mentally disabled person's health and welfare certificate are not required to specify a date and time (viewing is free). If you are accompanying someone, please reserve and purchase tickets in advance.
To reduce crowding at the venue, we have set a limit on the number of people entering the venue each time. Please be sure to arrive during the selected admission time. There is no set exit time.
If you are late for your reserved entry time, you will generally not be allowed to enter the museum. In that case, we will not issue a refund.
If you arrive earlier than your reserved time, you will not be able to enter the building until your designated time.
Tickets are not sold at the venue. Please purchase online in advance.
