This is a hassel free way to experience the best of Mabul island and the islands in Celebes sea. With all ground and boat transfers, fullboard meals and snorkel / dive equipment included.
Borneo Divers Mabul Resort (BDMR) is the perfect destination for a relaxing island getaway for couples and families.
It boasts 62 rooms - 30 Chalet Rooms and 32 Luxury Villa Rooms with modern design and is well equipped with facilities with a dining hall suited for all day dining, three bars (Beach Bar, Jetty Bar and Turtle Bar) a swimming pool and ocean spa.
And true to its name, Borneo Divers Mabul Resort caters well to seasoned and amateur divers. At its private jetty, there's a popular diving spot, Paradise 2 (also known as jetty reef and house reef) where there are ongoing efforts to conserve marine biodiversity through Coral Planting and Seahorse Conservation Program.

- Pick Up from Tawau Airport / Hotel in Tawau city
* Guests are advised to follow the recommended flights in order to be connected to the scheduled land and boat transfers provided by us in and out of the island for their comfort of minimizing the waiting time at the airport. - Drive to Semporna's Seafest jetty
- Boat ride to Mabul island takes another 45 minutes to 1 hour of to reach Borneo Divers Mabul Resort's private jetty
*If guests are unable to take the scheduled transfers provided by us, additional charges of MYR150.00 per way for land transfer and MYR600.00 per way for boat transfer will be charged.

－Check In Policy－
- Check in-time - 14:00hrs
- Check out time - 10:00hrs
*If you wish to extend your stay after your checked in time, you are required to pay full amount directly to the resort.
－Sipadan Dive Trip－
- Divers who wish to dive at Sipadan will need to apply and pay for a permit. Kindly note that the allocation and approval of Sipadan Permits are under the management of Sabah Parks.
- Due to permit restrictions where Borneo Divers Mabul Resort is allocated 12 permits daily out of 120 persons, we can only guarantee ONE Day Trip to Sipadan Island if you stay a minimum of 5 days 4 nights with us. Each room will be guaranteed 2 Sipadan permits only, and the fee of MYR140.00 per person per entry will need to be paid in advance upon booking. Priority goes to guests who take the Diver Package.
- Children below 12 years old are not guaranteed to get Sipadan permits even if they stayed 4 nights and above unless they pay adult price. Sipadan permit allocations are based on resort discretion and group bookings are not guaranteed to go to Sipadan on the same day.
- Any extra entry requests to Sipadan will be subject to availability at a first come first serve basis request during booking at an additional cost of MYR246 per person per trip (inclusive of one day Sipadan permit) to be paid at the resort. This can only be confirmed 3 days before arrival.

- No. of logged dives done (For divers)

BOAT TRANSFER Schedule
Purchase Notice
- Unscheduled boat transfers to and from the resort can be arranged with additional surcharge(s), but subject to availability and weather conditions.
- The room is based on twin or triple sharing and Run of the House (ROH) basis.
- Infants up to 3 years old are Free of Charge.
- Any children 12 years old and above will have to pay adult rates.
Reminders
It is advisable to inform the resort of your flight arrival time in advance as their boats are not stationed at the jetty at all times. If you have missed the boat, you will need to wait for the next scheduled boat.
All land & boat transfers are on a join in basis. On some occasions, the boat departure time could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Whenever necessary, the resort management reserves the right to change the boat schedule at any time. Therefore, please always double check with the resort management for your boat & flight information.
The resort reserves the right and final decision to proceed or abort any dives or activities for safety reasons or subject to adverse weather or sea conditions, poor visibility and if divers' physical abilities is compromised (for example, due to injuries, intoxication, hangover, and more).
You are not allowed to dive 18 hours before your flight. Please schedule your flights accordingly.
Single traveler is subjected to pay single room supplement of 50% surcharge from the whole package and has to follow the scheduled land and boat transfer with other paying guests. If not, there will be an additional charge of MYR 150 for private land transfer per way (Tawau Aiport- Semporna jetty or Semporna jetty-Tawau Airport) and MYR 600 per way (Semporna-Mabul or Mabul-Semporna) for private boat transfer.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 30 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 85% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 95% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
