- Kindly be informed that the minimum height requirement is set at 120cm and the maximum weight is set at 150kg
- Passengers who are pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions and/or any other pre-existing conditions or injuries must not join this activity
- All passengers traveling are required to sign a jet boating assumption of risk form before the activity starts

Please note that Thunder Jet/Harbour Jet is an all-weather experience: the ride operates in rainy conditions except if the rain causes the ride to become unsafe. Thunder Jet/Harbour Jet reserves the right to cancel services due to extreme weather. If the ride cannot be operated due to weather, the ride will be delayed for a short while or transferred to another time or day
Feel free to wear comfortable attire that you wouldn't mind getting wet, while we offer Water-Proof Spray Jackets to all Jet Boaters, please note that the ride operates cannot guarantee complete dryness
Footwear must be worn (flip flops / sandals are fine). For the ladies, flat shoes are best
Thunder Jet has the right to substitute any vessel at any time
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
