- A fee of THB 300 is charged for Fast Delivery service. There is no limit on the number of items per order. You can specify the delivery time and the receiving time. The operation starts from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and delivers within 3-4 hours.
- If a customer is late in dropping off their luggage at the delivery location, such as an airport, hotel, shopping mall, or home, AIRPORTELs will only wait for 15 minutes
- Once AIRPORTELs collects the luggage, it cannot be returned to the starting point
- If AIRPORTELs is unable to contact the customer or the customer does not show up within 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the order will be considered a "No Show" and canceled without a refund

All luggage must be separated and not bundled or attached to any other items, such as plastic bags, travel pillows, or small bags
Customers are required to hand over their luggage to the driver at the lobby or entrance of the building
AIRPORTELs staff will contact and confirm with the property's front desk or person-in-charge of the customer's luggage until AIRPORTELs collects them. AIRPORTELs courier, driver, or staff will collect luggage from the property within 3 hours AFTER the appointed drop-off time
Customers must pick up their luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If the luggage is left for more than 24 hours, an additional surcharge will be applied and must be paid directly to the AIRPORTELs staff
AIRPORTELs DOES NOT accept partial retrieval requests during storage
AIRPORTELs has the right to deny bookings or apply additional charges if the customer's use does not match the booking details or if the booking is outside the service conditions
