Eligible participants must be elementary school age or older, have no health concerns, and are not pregnant or drinking alcohol.
*Elementary school students in the lower grades cannot participate alone.

The tour departs on time. If you are late, you will not be able to participate and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy. Please arrive on time.
The tour will be held even in rainy weather. As it is an activity where you will get wet, the impact will be minimal, and special equipment will be provided free of charge.
In the following cases, the tour will be canceled at the organizer's discretion and no cancellation fee will be charged. [1. If the water level exceeds the standard set by all tour companies in the Nagatoro area / 2. If a heavy rain or flood warning is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency / 3. If the tour manager determines that it is difficult to hold the tour]
The decision will be made 1 to 1.5 hours before the event. Please note that it is difficult to predict the change in water level during typhoons and heavy rains, and the decision on whether the event will be held or not may not be made until the last minute.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
